i5 Inbox Radar
Privacy and account data
Updated 7 October 2026
i5 Inbox Radar is operated by i5invest corporate development GmbH for authorized i5invest staff. This notice describes data handled by Radar, including Google accounts connected with their account holder's permission. Connecting an external account does not grant its holder access to the staff workspace.
Data we access and why
Google sign-in identifies staff and Google Workspace group membership determines workspace access. For connected Google accounts, granted permissions can allow Radar to read email addresses, message and thread content, attachments, labels and calendar information; manage email labels and drafts; send explicitly approved replies; and manage calendars and events for enabled features. Access depends on the permissions granted and the account's configuration.
Radar uses this information to organize project correspondence, synchronize approved accounts, classify conversations, prepare replies and meeting proposals, check availability, and perform authorized mail and calendar actions. Selected information is stored in the Radar database so authorized staff can work with it in the application. Workspace, project and account permissions restrict access.
Service providers and optional processing
Radar uses Google Cloud infrastructure for application hosting, databases and credential protection, and Google's APIs for Google account connections. Microsoft accounts use Microsoft's APIs. When AI classification or meeting assistance is enabled, selected message or thread content and relevant context can be sent to OpenAI to produce the requested labels, summaries or proposals. When notifications or integrations are enabled, selected information can be sent to the configured service, including Slack notifications and authorized i5 internal tools.
Google user data is not sold or used for advertising. Radar's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention, removal and revocation
Imported records are retained for the authorized project and operational purposes described above, subject to i5invest's applicable retention requirements and configured deletion workflows. Disconnecting an account or revoking Google access stops future authorized access; it does not automatically remove every record previously imported into a shared project. Contact the Radar administrator or the contact below to request information, correction or deletion of retained data.
You can revoke a Google connection through your Google Account connections settings. Authorized Radar account owners can also manage connections in the app. Credentials are protected through the application's credential storage and Google Cloud access controls.
Public pages and sign-in
The public homepage and this notice contain no live mail, calendar or project records. Hosting infrastructure processes request information for operation and security. Staff sign-in uses Google's authentication cookies and a secure, host-bound Radar session cookie; the public pages do not use advertising trackers.
